PayRange does not own or operate the machines. If there is a problem with the machine, such as:
- Machine is broken
- Machine is empty
- Machine is leaking
- Machine was vandalized
- Machine has no decal
- Machine needs repair
- Machine needs moved
- Machine needs restarted
- Machine needs cleaned
The machine operator will have to be contacted.
You can contact the machine operator directly. If you don't know the machine operator, we can help determine who the machine operator is based on the location information.
We can try to assist you by taking the details about the problem, and sending it to the machine operator. For best results, you should contact the machine operator directly.

- Check with the location contact (i.e. receptionist, manager, or owner) to obtain contact info
